PACKAGE UPDATE

A new version of the relsurv package (2.0-9) has been published on CRAN.

New additions: calculation of variance for the cumulative incidence curves hase been moved to C to increase the speed. New arguments (precision and add.times) have been added to all the non-parametric estimators and to the log-rank type test. A new dataset has been added to the package.
